Deskista supports both Desk and Parking Space booking and has support for rules around booking spaces to ensure spaces are not unecessarily booked.

Assign users to desks or vehicles to parking spaces

Deskista allows you to assign people to desks on a temporary or permanent basis. It also allows you to assign either vehicles or people to car parking spaces too.

Simplified Security Model

Deskista has two user types: Admin and User. This ensures Administrators have full control over Deskista whilst also providing a streamlined interface for users.

Guest Access

Need to book a New Starter and their account hasn't been created yet? Deskista allows you to create guest accounts which Admins can book on behalf so you don't miss out on a desk.

Notifications

Which desk did I book again? Your staff can subscribe to be notified via email of their booked desk. Notifications are currently sent each evening (except weekends, of course).
